Integrations & Integration Rules

Events, Integrations & Integration Rules is how Bread & Butter’s Logic is structured. You use an Event (System or Custom) to define what your organization is interested in tracking. Make an Integration for first-party data to be transmitted to your third-party app (Mailer, CRM, etc.) Then add an Integration Rule to trigger the transmission of the data.

Here is an example:

A visitor fills out a form your website (Custom Event). You want that have that form submission send a notification to you (Integration Rule). The notification is sent through your organizations slack channel (Integration).
