Lead intelligence for RV sales and rentals

Your renters come back as buyers. Know when they start looking.

Rentals are planned months ahead and RVs are bought over a season. Bread & Butter joins every visit into one journey per person, from the first rental quote to the sales listing a year later, so reservations and sales work from the same history.

Full function for 30 days, including Focused Score and Focused Ratio. No credit card.

From one sales pro to another

Stop losing buyers during long research cycles.

Know what your customer is looking for ahead of time, and earn their trust with a conversation that starts where their research left off. When a past renter starts shopping, your sales team gets an intelligence report on everything they’ve looked at, before they walk the lot.

  1. Know who’s ready to buy

Focused Score rates every renter and buyer 1 to 10, so you know who to contact first.

  2. Know what they already know

The class they rented, the trip and the listings they open now, on one profile.

  3. Start where they left off

A short read before the first conversation. Nobody starts over.

  4. Earn their trust

Open with the trip they took, then the two units in the same class.

What changes between the rental model and the two units they’re comparing.

Why now

Back on the sales listings twice since September 8, after a quiet summer.

94%

of RV purchases still happen in person.1 The website makes the shortlist. The lot closes it.

36%

of RV owners are first-time owners,1 so many buyers are learning the category as they shop.

15

years is a common RV loan term, with some lenders going to twenty.2 Buyers live in your payment calculator.

Two businesses, one website

Rentals and sales both run on long, quiet research.

Renters plan for months. Buyers shop for a season. Bread & Butter joins every visit so both teams see it.

Sales

One journey, rental to sale

The rental, the trip and the listings they open now all sit on one profile.

Sales

An alert when a renter starts shopping

Sales hears about it while they’re still on the listings.

Where the two meet

A rental is often the start of a purchase.

Someone who has spent a week in one of your motorhomes already knows the layout, the drive and your team. Try-before-you-buy and ex-fleet pages are worth a user event, so those shoppers surface on their own.

1The quote

They book a rental

A rate quote, a booking or a one-click sign-in names them.

2The trip

They travel

Their profile keeps everything they researched, from the first deal page on.

3The return

They browse your sales listings

The return visit joins the same journey, in the same class they rented.

4The alert

Sales hears first

With the whole history, so the conversation starts from the vehicle they know.

Every touch point adds to the signal, if you’re there to gather it.

First click

The campaign that found them gets the credit.

Rentals are booked months after the first visit, and a sale can follow a year after that. Last-click reporting hands both to whatever brought them back at the end. Bread & Butter records where each person first came from and keeps it with them, from the first deal page to the booking and on to the sale.

  1. Captured at the first click

The tag on your ad, email or listing link is recorded the moment they arrive, on whatever page it points to. No special landing page needed.

  2. It stays with them

Across the planning season, the trip and the return to your sales listings, and across devices once they give the same email on each.

  3. It connects to the result

Mark the booking and the sale on their profile, and both are credited to the campaign that introduced them.

First click needs a tracking tag on your ad, email and listing links. Bread & Butter records the source it’s given, it can’t guess an untagged one. Expect it to read differently from your ad platforms, which lean on last click.

Common questions

What operators ask first.

Does this tell me who is browsing my fleet and inventory?

No, and we wouldn’t want it to. Nobody is named until they tell you who they are. For everyone else you see how many Focused visitors came, what they looked at and where they came from.

Most of our sales close on the lot. Does it still help?

Yes, that’s where it helps most. The website is where the shortlist is made. Mark lot sales on the buyer’s profile and the system learns what a buyer does online before they visit.

Will gating quotes or calculators put people off?

A one-click sign-in is much less friction than a form, and you choose what to gate. A good approach is to keep your fleet and inventory open and gate the tools that signal a buyer is getting close: prices for dates, payment, trade-in and guides.

What do you find out about people?

Only what’s useful and appropriate: their name and location, and their employer where the research finds one.

Does this replace our CRM or email tool?

No. It feeds your CRM. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive connect directly, and other systems receive leads by email, Zapier or a webhook. Nurture AI drafts one-to-one follow-ups that go out from your salesperson’s own inbox, not bulk campaigns.

Our CRM already scores leads.

CRM scoring is usually a set of point rules someone wrote by hand and has to keep up. Focused Score learns from how people behave on your site and recalibrates as you mark lead stages, so it gets sharper as you sell.

We already use a tool that tells us which companies visit.

Those tools infer a company from a network address, which breaks down on phones, home connections and VPNs. Bread & Butter names a person only after they choose to tell you who they are, so every lead is a real person with their journey attached.

Is our data resold or shared?

No. Bread & Butter is a data processor, not a data broker. Your data is yours, with no resale and no sharing across customers.

How long before it’s useful?

Tracking and scoring start on the next visit after it goes live. After about fifteen days your Focused Ratio has enough history to compare against the Focused Index, our benchmark. With long planning and buying cycles, the full picture builds over a season.
