Lead intelligence for RV dealers
They build the shortlist on your website. Walk the lot already knowing it.
An RV takes months to choose. Bread & Butter joins every visit into one journey per buyer, the floorplans, the walkthrough videos, the payment calculator and the trade-in tool. When a buyer raises their hand, your sales team gets an intelligence report on the whole season, before they walk the lot.
Full function for 30 days, including Focused Score and Focused Ratio. No credit card.

From one sales pro to another
Stop losing buyers during long research cycles.
Know what your customer is looking for ahead of time, and earn their trust with a conversation that starts where their research left off. Bread & Butter hands your sales team an intelligence report on every buyer who raises their hand, before they walk the lot.
Know who’s ready to buy
Focused Score rates every buyer 1 to 10, so your team knows who to contact first.
Know what they’re looking for
Floorplans, payment, trade-in and tow ratings arrive with their name.
Start where they left off
A short read before the first conversation. Nobody starts over.
Earn their trust
The right two units and a payment close to theirs. Understood, not sold to.

What they did- Six visits over twelve weeks
- Top Focused pages: two bunkhouse floorplans, tow ratings, payment calculator
- User events: walkthrough video watched to the end, twice
- First click: YouTube walkthrough campaign
Lead with the two bunkhouse floorplans they keep comparing, and confirm a half-ton pickup can tow them.
Have readyBoth units on the lot, side by side, with a payment worked at their term.
Why nowBack tonight for a sixth visit, and the payment calculator was the last page they used.
of RV purchases still happen in person.1 The website makes the shortlist. The lot closes it.
of RV owners are first-time owners,1 so many buyers are learning the category as they shop.
years is a common RV loan term, with some lenders going to twenty.2 Buyers live in your payment calculator.
Why it’s different at a dealership
A big, emotional, slow purchase leaves a long trail.
Buyers compare floorplans, tow ratings and payments, show the family and come back again and again. From the first show to the next trade, every step happens on your website first.
Shows, rentals and service feed sales
An RV show, a weekend rental or a service visit is often where a purchase starts.
The research runs a season
A family choosing a travel trailer compares bunk layouts, weights and tow vehicles, often from spring into summer.
The payment matters more than the price
A buyer who has built a payment on your calculator is telling you their budget.
Buyers trade up
Pop-up to travel trailer, trailer to fifth wheel, fifth wheel to motorhome. Your past customers are your next customers, if you notice when they start looking.
Every touch point adds to the signal, if you’re there to gather it.
What you’ll use most
From first visit to the walk around the lot.
One journey per buyer
Every visit joins the ones before it, so the whole season arrives with their name.
Real names from your calculator
One click on your payment, pricing and trade-in tools gives you a verified name and email.
An alert when they come back
Your team hears about it while the buyer is still on the site.
Marketing judged by buyers
Every source is ranked by the buyers it brings, credited to the campaign that found them first.
First click
The campaign that found them gets the credit.
By the time a buyer fills in a form, they’ve usually come back by typing your dealership’s name. Last-click reporting hands the sale to that visit. Bread & Butter records where each person first came from, keeps it with them for the whole journey, and connects it to the sale when you mark it.

Captured at the first click
The tag on your ad, email or marketplace link is recorded the moment they arrive, on whatever page it points to. No special landing page needed.
It stays with them
Across months of visits, and across devices once they give the same email on each.
It connects to the sale
Mark the deal on their profile, even when it closes on the lot, and the sale is credited to the campaign that introduced them.
First click needs a tracking tag on your ad, email and listing links. Bread & Butter records the source it’s given, it can’t guess an untagged one. Expect it to read differently from your ad platforms, which lean on last click.

A payment built or a trade valued
Two of the clearest buying signals on a dealer website.
Walkthrough videos watched to the end
Set up a user event on your video pages to see who.
Tow ratings, weights and hitch pages
Checking whether their vehicle can pull it means they’re past dreaming.
A past customer on the next class up
They already trust you.
Day to day
Every department gets a head start.
Arrive prepared
Every lead comes with an Intelligence Brief: the floorplans they compared, the payment they built and the trade they valued.
Know the budget first
A buyer who built a payment on a fifteen-year term at a set down payment has told you what they can afford.
Spot the next sale
A service customer reading about a bigger rig, or a renter back looking at the model they rented, is a sales conversation waiting to happen.
Judge shows and campaigns by buyers
Set up a funnel for your RV show campaign and see how many Focused buyers it brought and how many bought.
How it plays out
Three moments every dealership knows.
A past customer trading up
A customer who bought a travel trailer from you three years ago is back reading about fifth wheels. The alert reaches your sales team the same evening, with their original purchase on the profile.
The RV show
Buyers register by scanning a QR code at your booth, or by entering an online contest or giveaway. Afterwards you can see which registrants kept visiting, which floorplans they looked at, and which of them bought.
Which campaigns sell units
Filter by source, campaign or search term, save it as a funnel and watch the Focused Ratio inside it. Over a few months, every source is ranked by the buyers it brings.

Learning what a buyer looks like on your site
Every visitor recorded and scored from the first visit. Your quote, trade-in, credit and service forms already count.
Your website and your CRM keep their day jobs

Common questions
What dealers ask first.
Does this tell me who is browsing my inventory?
No, and we wouldn’t want it to. Nobody is named until they tell you who they are. For everyone else you see how many Focused shoppers visited, what they looked at and where they came from.
Almost all our sales close on the lot. Does it still help?
Yes, that’s where it helps most. The website is where the shortlist is made. Mark lot sales on the buyer’s profile and the system learns what a buyer does online before they visit.
Will gating our calculator put buyers off?
A one-click sign-in is much less friction than a form, and you choose what to gate. A good approach is to keep inventory open and gate the tools that signal a buyer is getting close: price, payment, trade-in and brochures.
What do you find out about buyers?
Only what’s useful and appropriate: their name and location, and their employer where the research finds one.
Does this replace our CRM or email tool?
No. It feeds your CRM. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive connect directly, and other systems receive leads by email, Zapier or a webhook. Nurture AI drafts one-to-one follow-ups that go out from your salesperson’s own inbox, not bulk campaigns.
Our CRM already scores leads.
CRM scoring is usually a set of point rules someone wrote by hand and has to keep up. Focused Score learns from how people behave on your site and recalibrates as you mark lead stages, so it gets sharper as you sell.
We already use a tool that tells us which companies visit.
Those tools infer a company from a network address, which breaks down on phones, home connections and VPNs. Bread & Butter names a person only after they choose to tell you who they are, so every lead is a real person with their journey attached.
Is our data resold or shared?
No. Bread & Butter is a data processor, not a data broker. Your data is yours, with no resale and no sharing across customers.
How long before it’s useful?
Tracking and scoring start on the next visit after it goes live. After about fifteen days your Focused Ratio has enough history to compare against the Focused Index, our benchmark. With a long buying cycle, the full picture builds over a season.
